On March 4, 2025, The Center for Vietnamese Language for Foreigners (CVF)(The Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, HCMUSSH) warmly welcomed students from Kokushikan University who will be studying Vietnamese from March 5, 2025, to March 20, 2025.

Attending the welcome ceremony, representing Kokushikan University, was Professor To Hoang, the head of the delegation. On behalf of the faculty, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Phuong (Vice Dean) and esteemed lecturers participating in the course were present to greet the students. Six students from Kokushikan University also attended the meeting.

During the welcome session, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Phuong expressed gratitude to Kokushikan University for trusting and collaborating with the Center in the Vietnamese language training program. He hoped that the students would enjoy learning Vietnamese at the Center and that the strong relationship between both institutions would continue to flourish in the future.

Representing Kokushikan University, Professor To Hoang affirmed that The Center for Vietnamese Language for Foreigners (CVF) (The Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, HCMUSSH) has been a reliable destination for Vietnamese language training in Ho Chi Minh City for many years. He also kindly encouraged students to actively engage in their studies to ensure an effective and meaningful learning experience.

The students took turns introducing themselves and their academic majors in Vietnamese. Additionally, they expressed their hopes of having more opportunities to practice Vietnamese through cultural exchanges and interactions with the local community.

We hope that in the coming time, their Vietnamese language skills will improve through their dedication and the wholehearted instruction of the experienced teachers at the Center.
